wHAT TO EXPECT?

Your wedding day should be joyful, not stressful. 

As your Toastmaster, I’ll quietly ensure everything runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoy every moment with your guests. 

1. Early Arrival & Setup

• I’ll arrive ahead of time to meet you, your planner, and the venue team

• Confirm all timings - from your grand entrance to speeches and first dance

2. Team Briefing

• Gather your wedding party to explain when and where they’re needed

• Coordinate with photographers, caterers and musicians behind the scenes

3. Seamless Hosting

• Warmly welcome your guests and guide them through each event

• Introduce speeches, announce your first dance, and keep everything on schedule

4. Perfect Finish

• Traditionally, Toastmasters stay till the end of the wedding breakfast, but for a small fee, can stay until after the first dance (around 7:30pm)

• Smoothly transition to evening celebrations so you can party worry-free
